The S.M.A.R.T. System collects the required data, sends daily reports for management review, and has the ability to send text messages or emails to maintenance or quality personnel to respond to a potential problem. The S.M.A.R.T. System has the ability to automate the system accuracy test (SAT) and deliver the report via email.

The S.M.A.R.T. System also saves furnace trend data like temperatures, belt speed, fan speed, and any other relevant data the customer wants to trend. It also offers programmed reminders for instrument calibration and annual thermal uniformity tests (TUS).
